The BR-II-4 neutralizing and conditioning agent may be sued for surface conditioning prior to phosphorizing of steel. It is characterized by good conditioning capability, stability of tank liquor and facile control of technical index. The good resistance to hard water ensures the work piece completes phosphorizing quickly and forms the fine and even phosphate coating, with less dregs from phosphorization. It has better anticorrosion performance and adhesive force.
