The BR-II-2 surface conditioning agent may be used for surface conditioning prior to zinc-based phosphorizing process. As it contains active phosphate titanium particles in colloid form, it has good surface conditioning effect on phosphorization under medium, low and ambient temperature. The generated phosphate coating has proper thickness and evenness and better anticorrosion performance. The product is suitable for use in plastic spraying, paint spraying and other painting processes.
