BR-II-1 surface conditioning agent is a new activator of colloid titanium salt which may be used for surface conditioning prior to zinc-based phosphorizing process. It may significantly increase crystal nucleus on the metal surface and lower the phosphorizing temperature (as low as below -5 0C). In addition, it may expedite the phosphorizing process markedly and the generated phosphate coating is thin, solid and even, suitable for use in electrophoresis, plastic spraying and other painting process.
